All organizations carry stories. Stories about who we are, how we work, what is valued, and which behaviors are allowed to take place in everyday work. These stories influence culture, collaboration, and the ability to change far more than many realize. Especially during periods when organizations grow, transform, or need to make difficult decisions, it becomes even more important that people understand the direction, feel trust, and believe that they are part of the same context.

<p>This course demonstrates how storytelling can be used as a practical tool to build stronger teams, a clearer culture, and more effective internal communication. Through hands-on exercises and real-life examples, participants gain an understanding of how stories influence behaviors, relationships, and motivation within organizations.</p>
<p>We also explore how storytelling can be applied in change initiatives, reorganizations, and other situations where leaders need to create clarity and alignment without losing engagement and trust.</p>

Neurodivergence is a collective term for diagnoses that in one way or another affect a person’s behavior and cognitive functioning. It includes, among other things, ADHD, ADD, and autism. People with these diagnoses may sometimes need additional support or adjustments in the workplace, and this course focuses on how leadership, structure, and communication can create better conditions for both performance and well-being at work for employees with these diagnoses.

LEAN through LEAN-games

During a few active days, participants will experience how to achieve the positive effects of LEAN using simple means. They will learn the fundamentals of LEAN and its principles by varying theory with practical exercises, allowing participants to see the effects visually rather than just listening and discussing.

<h2>About the course</h2>
<p class="whitespace-pre-wrap">The production methodology LEAN aims to minimize resource waste and maximize customer value through efficiency improvements. The course covers the fundamental principles so that participants understand the benefits of LEAN, when it is applicable, and what advantages it offers for the organization.</p>
<p class="whitespace-pre-wrap">Participants will work together in groups, supported by theoretical overviews and guidance, to discuss and experiment with ways to improve flow step by step. After each round, the group will have the opportunity to review the results and analyze the outcomes of what they have tested. The training is conducted according to one of LEAN&#8217;s fundamental principles; PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, and Act).</p>
<p class="whitespace-pre-wrap">For successful implementation of LEAN in an organization, one of the prerequisites is that the team/group functions well. Therefore, basic group theory will be covered during the course days, along with individuals&#8217; communication and motivation styles—all aimed at enhancing the chances for a successful implementation in your environment.</p>

<p>The course is interactive, and participants will work for 3 days to streamline a fictional flow themselves. They will experience how the effects of implemented LEAN philosophy impact the flow and the personnel working in that flow through reduced stress, better oversight, and improved efficiency and output. After each round, the group will have the opportunity to review the results and analyze the outcomes of what they have tested. Over the course of the three days, this process will be repeated a total of 5 times, where the process becomes increasingly efficient and theoretical overviews deepen based on what the group needs to take the next step.</p>
