About the lecture

The lecture provides an introduction to neurodivergence in the workplace – tailored for environments where a fast pace, frequent interruptions, and unclear processes are part of everyday work and may create challenges for employees with neuropsychiatric diagnoses. The aim of the lecture is to strengthen your leadership and create work environments where employees can perform at a high level without compromising delivery or well-being.
