About the course
In this course, we place a strong focus on motivation and values as the foundation of self-leadership. What is it that makes you feel motivated? We also explore behaviours, strategies, and individual needs. From there, we examine a range of models and approaches, as well as practical ways to work with goals and strategies to help you achieve what you want while maintaining your well-being along the way.
