Neurodivergence in the workplace

Kontorslagssituation. En grupp människor pratar och arbetar med dagliga allmänna uppgifter
Neurodivergence is a collective term for diagnoses that in one way or another affect a person’s behavior and cognitive functioning. It includes, among other things, ADHD, ADD, and autism. People with these diagnoses may sometimes need additional support or adjustments in the workplace, and this course focuses on how leadership, structure, and communication can create better conditions for both performance and well-being at work for employees with these diagnoses.

About the course

This course provides an introduction to Neurodivergence in the workplace – tailored for environments where a fast pace, frequent interruptions and unclear processes are part of everyday work and may create various challenges for employees who are neurodivergent.

The aim of the course is to strengthen your leadership and create work environments where employees can perform at a high level without compromising delivery or well-being. Our material is therefore based on the latest research in neuroscience, organizational psychology, and behavioral science, providing practical advice, methods, and tools that you can apply directly in your daily work.

To achieve this goal, we combine theory with practical exercises, discussions, and case studies based on real-life situations to explore together how best to handle them. If you have your own examples from your organization, we are happy to include them in the exercises to tailor the course as closely as possible to your specific needs.
