Storytelling - create trust, direction and engagement in change

All organizations carry stories. Stories about who we are, how we work, what is valued, and which behaviors are allowed to take place in everyday work. These stories influence culture, collaboration, and the ability to change far more than many realize. Especially during periods when organizations grow, transform, or need to make difficult decisions, it becomes even more important that people understand the direction, feel trust, and believe that they are part of the same context.

Om kursen

This course demonstrates how storytelling can be used as a practical tool to build stronger teams, a clearer culture, and more effective internal communication. Through hands-on exercises and real-life examples, participants gain an understanding of how stories influence behaviors, relationships, and motivation within organizations.
