Working within sales at Consid Helsinki

We are looking for a leader towards our sales organization in Finland, a role that might develop into a managerial position as sales manager.

This role involes identifying and establishing new business relations and engagements, as well as working closley with our consultants to find the perfect match between consultants, clients and assignments. With your phone and computor first hand you will run the entire sales process from start to finish with a high level of service and activity as well as a “can-do-mentality”. You will work closely with the regional sales team and our Finnish CEO, as well as taking part in building bridges with other sales teams within Consid on an international level.

We are looking for a colleague who wants to take part in creating business value and building a thriving organization in Finland. Someone who doesn´t hesitate to jump on opportunities to pave the road for Consid Finland to continuously move in the right direction. We believe that you have leadership aspirations, as we clearly can see that this role will develop even further within the organization with the addition of managerial responsabilities, regional as well as national.

As we are in the beginning of our journey in Helsinki, you will play a big part in our existing core team and have a high impact on us establishing and developing our unique company culture. With that being said, it is of great importance for you to be a role model who cuts in where it is needed, whether it might be assisting in recruitment processes or assembling new desks.

It goes without saying, as a potential leader within the organization, it is important to have your presence shown at the office on a regular basis.

Your Competence

University or YH education in finance/sales or equivalent.
Fluent in Finnish and English
Experience in sales within the IT consultant sector
Minimum of 1 years of experience
