Consid wins the Swedish Education Award
Consid has been awarded the title “Inspirer of the Year” at the Swedish Education Award 2026. The award recognises organisations that serve as exemplary role models in inspiring learning and contributing to the development of skills and competencies in Sweden.

The award was granted in recognition of Consid Excellerate – Consid’s extensive initiative for skills development and lifelong learning. The initiative includes everything from internal training and leadership programmes to trainee initiatives, collaborations with higher vocational education institutions, and inspiring activities aimed at the next generation of talent.
The Swedish Education Award highlights organisations and individuals who make a real difference to learning and skills development across Sweden.
– This award means an incredible amount to us. Consid Excellerate is about far more than a training programme – it is an entire learning ecosystem where knowledge is shared between colleagues, partners and the wider community around us. Being named “Inspirer of the Year” is a strong recognition that our work contributes to strengthening both individuals and the labour market, says Charlotte Magnusson, Head of Consid Excellerate.
Consid’s work with education has for several years been a central part of the company’s strategy. Through Consid Excellerate, employees gain access to a wide range of courses and professional development opportunities spanning everything from technology and leadership to innovation and business development. Since 2019, the initiative has also delivered company-specific and certification-preparatory IT training for sectors such as construction, insurance and banking, as well as for regional authorities and municipalities.
– We see skills development as one of our most important investments – both for our employees and for society as a whole. In a rapidly changing world, lifelong learning is essential, and we are proud to contribute to reducing the skills gap and inspiring more people to continue developing their expertise, says Charlotte Magnusson.
The Swedish Education Award is presented annually and highlights initiatives that inspire learning, innovation and skills development in Sweden. The award is presented in several categories, with winners selected by an independent jury consisting of representatives from both industry and the education sector.
