Employer branding aims to create and maintain a company’s reputation as a good employer through a strategic process. The lecture focuses on the strategic efforts involved and how it can become a natural and powerful part of the company’s marketing. You will receive examples of how others have approached this, practical tools to take with you, and insights from current research: Is employer branding really as important as everyone says?
