When Anders reflects on his previous projects, certain ones stand out a bit more than others.
– I’m probably most proud of having had the opportunity to lead a large Nordic SAP project in the financial industry, Anders begins, but then recalls another project that meant something extra to him:
– Or maybe it was overseeing the transformation of an SAP support delivery for a large international client, from Sweden to India. That was really exciting and challenging!
What would you say is your greatest strength in your role?
– That I have extensive experience in the SAP field and have worked as a consultant and project manager for many years across various industries for large international companies.
To foster and maintain a positive atmosphere within the team and with clients, Anders believes it’s important to have a strong understanding of the business and industry.
– And the ability to translate the company’s processes into technical solutions with the support of SAP, in my case.
With his long experience and well-known name in the Swedish IT industry, Anders is an expert in achieving top-level results.
– It’s important to focus on the employee and the person behind the role, to be attentive to what they want, and to create conditions that allow each consultant to grow in their position.

Building a New Engineering Consulting Business from the Ground Up
Consid's focus on engineering consulting marks a new chapter in the company's growth strategy. Here, they aim to establish themselves in areas such as electrical and energy technology, product development, industrial automation, and systems integration for defence applications – areas where the company already has strong customer relationships and a high level of trust.
– We see a gap in the market where there is space for a company that combines entrepreneurial leadership with a strong culture and efficient delivery. We see an opportunity to offer something new for talent in this field – a culture that blends entrepreneurial leadership with a high level of engagement and speed in delivery, says Henrik Boström, responsible for the engineering consulting initiative at Consid.
This venture also involves the recruitment of key individuals with experience in the engineering consulting industry, strong local networks, and a drive to build something new from scratch. Cities such as Västerås, Gothenburg, Linköping, Stockholm, Jönköping, Malmö, and Lund are identified as particularly interesting for establishment.
Rapid Growth in SAP – The Goal is 100 Consultants
Simultaneously, Consid is ramping up in another high-demand area – SAP. With clients already using SAP as their enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, the company sees significant potential for growth in this field. The target is to have 100 SAP consultants on board by the end of the year.
– What we've seen so far is that our SAP initiative is sparking both curiosity and interest – the response from candidates has been very strong. We are offering something different and exciting, both in terms of employer brand and development opportunities, says Christoffer Nilsson, responsible for SAP at Consid.
A differentiating factor in Consid's offering is the ability to link SAP expertise to strategic Centre of Excellence (CoE) work, but also the flexibility to combine client assignments with Consid's internal growth journey.

With a strong brand, 2,000 employees across more than 40 cities, and a proven track record of growth, Consid is ready to establish itself in these new areas. Peter Hellgren, CEO, looks forward to the continued development of both initiatives with great confidence:
