Unaro Nordic selects Consid as partner for digitalisation, AI and business development

Unaro Nordic and Consid have signed a new framework agreement covering digitalisation, AI, business development and specialist consultancy services. The agreement lays the foundation for a long-term partnership and gives Unaro Nordic access to Consid’s broad expertise to support the company’s continued development and growth.

Unaro Nordic was formed in 2025 through the merger of Paragon Nordic and Svenska Krämfabriken Dalarna. Today, the group is a leading Nordic CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation), with specialist expertise in product development and manufacturing for customers in sectors including beauty, personal care and chemical technology. The company combines a strong Nordic presence with international reach and clear ambitions for continued growth.

Under the new framework agreement, Unaro Nordic will be able to access expertise and services from across Consid’s entire offering. This includes advisory services, training and workshops, project management, specialist expertise and additional resources in areas such as digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, business development and modern IT.

The partnership will give Unaro Nordic the flexibility to address both current needs and future opportunities. At the same time, the ambition is to build a long-term partnership based on close dialogue, efficient decision-making and a shared focus on delivering tangible operational and business value.

“Unaro Nordic has already been on an impressive journey and has an exciting future ahead. We look forward to contributing our experience in digitalisation, AI and business development to create new opportunities, more efficient processes and long-term business value together. We are particularly pleased to do so through a close partnership with a strong organisation headquartered here in the region,” says Malin Öhgren, Key Account Manager and Site Manager at Consid.

For Unaro Nordic, the agreement provides access to both broad expertise and specialist knowledge that can be deployed according to the needs and priorities that arise across the organisation.

“We are at a stage in our development where digitalisation and AI will play an important role in strengthening our operations and creating the right conditions for continued growth. It was important for us to find a partner with both the breadth of expertise to support us across several areas and the ability to understand our business and our needs. With Consid, we gain that flexibility as well as a partner we can continue to develop alongside over time,” says Adam Hellman, Head of IT at Unaro Nordic.
