Consid nominated for educator of the year
Consid AB has been nominated for Educator of the Year at the Swedish Education Awards 2026 for its internal training program, Consid Excellerate. The nomination places Consid among four finalists in a category that recognizes organizations that inspire education and promote lifelong learning in the Swedish labor market.

The Swedish Education Awards are being presented for the second time this year and celebrate organizations and individuals who make a tangible difference in learning and skills development across Sweden. The Educator of the Year award is granted to an organization or individual that has exemplary promoted the value of education and contributed to the development of both individuals and the labor market.
Consid’s nomination is based on its internal training program, Consid Excellerate—a strategic initiative designed to strengthen employee skills, enable continuous learning, and prepare the organization for future demands.
– For us, Consid Excellerate is not about a single training program, but about a broader learning ecosystem. It spans everything from internal training and leadership programs to trainee initiatives, collaborations with vocational colleges, hackathons, inclusion efforts through Q by Consid, and inspiring the next generation from an early age. Everything is built on the same core idea—that learning is continuous, practical, and meaningful, and that knowledge grows when it is shared. We see this nomination as recognition of all the people, educators, and initiatives at Consid who every day help reduce the skills gap and make learning a natural part of both working life and society, says Charlotte Magnusson, Head of Consid Excellerate.
The jury for the Swedish Education Awards includes representatives from organizations such as the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, industry associations, transition organizations, and large companies—all of which depend on a well-functioning and effective skills supply for the Swedish labor market. Following its initial deliberations, the jury selected four finalists in each category, with Consid now among the finalists for Educator of the Year.
– We view skills development as one of our most important investments—both for our employees and for society at large. In a rapidly changing world, lifelong learning is essential, and this nomination shows that our work with Consid Excellerate is making a real difference, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid AB.
The winners of the Swedish Education Awards will be announced at the award ceremony in Stockholm on March 12, where finalists in all categories will be recognized.
