Consid named Sweden’s Best Employer – for the fifth consecutive year
For the fifth year in a row, the tech consultancy Consid has been named Sweden’s Best Employer by Universum. The award is based entirely on employees’ own perceptions of their workplace and serves as a testament to Consid’s strong culture, leadership, and long-term commitment to creating an attractive workplace.

Universum’s Sweden’s Best Employer survey measures how employees perceive their employer based on three factors: internal identity, employee satisfaction and willingness to recommend, and loyalty. The ranking is based on an index ranging from 0 to 100, with each factor carrying equal weight.
According to Hellgren, the fact that Consid once again tops the list is proof that the company’s values and continuous investment in internal culture are paying off:
