New study ranks Consid as one of Sweden’s most attractive employers
The recognition is based on the Young Professional Attraction Index (YPAI) – an annual survey conducted by Academic Work in collaboration with Kantar Sifo. The study measures what young professionals value in an employer, and which companies are considered most attractive to them.
In cooperation with Kantar Sifo, Academic Work has developed YPAI as a metric for employer attractiveness among students and professionals at the beginning of their careers.
This year’s survey included more than 12,348 participants across six European countries. In Sweden, 4,230 young talents shared their views on the labour market, resulting in a ranking of the country’s 100 most attractive employers – with Consid included on the list.
– Being part of this list is clear evidence that our long-term focus on culture, development opportunities and work environment is valued by the younger generation. The study highlights that career and development opportunities, work–life balance, and an inclusive work environment are decisive factors when young professionals choose an employer. For Consid – which has rapidly grown to become one of Sweden’s largest tech companies – the ranking represents an important acknowledgement of the company’s attractiveness in an increasingly competitive market.
