Here Are the Nominees for the Consid Awards 2025

The tech company Consid annually recognises individuals and organisations that have made outstanding contributions to the digital development of Sweden. Through the Consid Awards, the company celebrates digital role models in the categories Digital Influencer of the Year, eQualizer of the Year, and Digital Rising Star of the Year.

For several years, Consid has celebrated visionaries, entrepreneurs, and innovators who are driving digitalisation forward – and the 2025 nominees showcase the breadth and strength of Sweden’s digital landscape.

Digital Influencer of the Year

This award recognises an individual who has successfully advanced the digitalisation agenda and inspired others through their work and engagement.

The nominees are:

  • Alexander Morad, CEO and founder of Bright Mind Agency
  • Sophia Wikander, Managing Director, Microsoft Sweden
  • Rickard Lyko, founder and CEO of Lyko
  • Mauri Hermundsson, YouTuber & TV personality

 

eQualizer of the Year

This award is presented to an individual who has actively promoted inclusion and diversity within the IT and tech industry.

The nominees are:

  • Jane Walerud, entrepreneur and business angel
  • Michelle Kadir, Country Director, YouTube Sweden
  • Olivia Harlin, UX designer and Microsoft’s Tech Girl 2022
  • Tekla Acs, co-founder of Aim’n

 

Digital Rising Star of the Year

This award honours an individual or initiative that has emerged as a rising star within the digital sphere, showing strong potential for innovation and impact in the years ahead.

The nominees are:

  • Deqa Abukar, founder of Bling Startup
  • Felicia Schön, personal finance expert at Avanza
  • Kousha Torabi, e-commerce entrepreneur
  • Tech Elevate HER, tech and entrepreneurship course for women in the Nordics

 

The Consid Awards

The Consid Gala is Consid's annual event held in Stockholm City Hall every autumn. Awards are presented to both internal and external entities that have excelled in driving digitalization and gender equality forward in Sweden and the IT industry.
