Consid Breaks Records Again – Wins Its Twelfth Gazelle Award
Over the past 25 years, tech company Consid has grown to become one of the most successful firms in the Nordic region. Now, the company has broken yet another record by claiming its twelfth Gazelle – an achievement no other company has reached before.

The Gazelle Award is presented annually by the Swedish business daily Dagens industri to recognise the fastest-growing companies that drive innovation and progress within Swedish enterprise. It has now been confirmed that Consid has received its twelfth Gazelle, cementing its position as the company with the most Gazelle Awards in history.
– It feels absolutely fantastic to once again be part of Dagens industri’s list of Gazelle companies. I’m incredibly proud of Consid, our teams, and all our employees who make our growth and success possible. 2025 also marks Consid’s 25th anniversary, which makes this recognition feel even more special, says Peter Hellgren, CEO and founder of Consid.
Consid has been a recurring name on the Gazelle list for many years and was also named a Master Gazelle in 2024.
– The Gazelle Award is something very close to my heart – it’s proof that we’re on the right path. It also serves as motivation to keep challenging ourselves, growing together, and continuing to build something even greater, says Peter Hellgren.
Founded in 2000 in Jönköping by Peter Hellgren and Henrik Sandell, Consid has grown organically to become one of the largest tech and communications companies in the Nordics. With operations in more than 42 locations across six countries, the company continues its strong expansion throughout 2025. According to Peter Hellgren, much of Consid’s success comes down to its company culture.
– Our success ultimately comes down to people. We’ve built a culture grounded in engagement, responsibility and care – values that shape everything we do. I firmly believe that when people thrive, develop and feel seen, they create results that truly last.
The Gazelle companies are announced regionally throughout the autumn and will be celebrated at the Gazelle Gala on 4 December at Stockholm City Hall.
