The award is entirely based on employee reviews and places Consid among the approximately five percent of employers on the platform who achieve the highest ratings.

The Top Company award is presented to employers who receive exceptionally positive reviews from their employees on kununu. The distinction is based solely on genuine employee experiences.
To qualify, companies must meet the following criteria:
- At least seven employee reviews since creating their company profile.
- An average rating of at least 3.8 out of 5 stars, both overall and within the past twelve months.
- At least two new employee reviews in the past year.
