Consid ranks among Sweden’s most attractive employers for Young Professionals

Consid continues to strengthen its position as one of Sweden’s most attractive employers. In the 2026 ranking of the most attractive employers among Sweden’s Career Companies, Consid has secured second place in the Tech category and third place in IT.

The ranking is based on an extensive survey conducted by Karriärföretagen (Sweden’s Career Companies) between October 2025 and July 2026. A total of 5,305 Young Professionals were asked to name the three employers they considered most attractive among the organisations recognised as Career Companies 2026. For Consid, the results mean two top-three positions: second place in Tech and third place in IT.

“Being ranked so highly by Young Professionals means a great deal to us. These are people who have already taken their first steps in their careers and have a clear idea of what they are looking for in an employer. Seeing Consid rank so highly is a strong endorsement of the long-term work we are doing to create a workplace where people can develop, take responsibility and enjoy working together,” says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.

In the survey, Young Professionals are defined as people aged between 25 and 35 who graduated from university within the past one to eight years and have begun their professional careers. Participants represent the fields of IT, Tech, Economics, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Social Sciences, Law and Real Estate.

For Consid, the rankings are particularly significant given the intense competition for talent within the tech and IT sectors. The company has long been committed to areas such as professional development, career opportunities and corporate culture.

“For us, being an attractive employer is not simply about making people want to join Consid. It is equally important to create an environment where people want to stay, continue to develop and feel that they can make a difference. Our employees are absolutely fundamental to who we are as a company, and recognition like this gives us even more motivation to continue developing Consid as a workplace,” says Peter Hellgren.
