Consid finalists in two categories at the Magnet Awards

Consid has been named a finalist in two categories at this year’s Magnet Awards – Sweden’s largest competition in Employer Branding. The nominations are in the categories Culture & Inclusion and Standalone Video.

A man is seated on a chair against a red background. Parts of his body are pixelated, creating a contrast between what is visible and what is hidden. The text “Let’s see the whole person” appears over the image, with the word “whole” highlighted.

The nominations are based on the campaign ”Låt oss se hela människan”, developed together with the Municipality of Halmstad and its Home Care Services Department. Earlier this year, the campaign won gold at the Swedish Content Awards 2025 and is now also being recognized at the Magnet Awards.

The Magnet Awards highlight organizations that successfully work with employer branding and employer communication. Being shortlisted in two categories with the same entry is a testament to the campaign’s impact – both creatively and in terms of results.

– This is a project that truly demonstrates the power of communication when it drives real change. Our ambition was not only to deliver a message, but to contribute to a genuine shift in how people view their roles – and each other, says Linda Wallin, Project Manager at Consid.

The campaign addresses one of the healthcare sector’s biggest challenges: strengthening the attractiveness of the profession while shifting the culture towards more person-centered care. Through a communication concept based on storytelling and shared experiences rather than traditional information, more than 2,000 employees and 65 managers within Halmstad’s home care services have been engaged.

At the heart of the campaign are three films that reverse the perspective – from diagnosis to person. Through a visual and emotional approach, they illustrate how easily a person can be reduced to their diagnosis, and how the interaction changes when we see the individual as a whole. The films have been used as a starting point for discussions within the organization, contributing to a more open and reflective dialogue.

The impact has been clear. Employees have adopted the storytelling approach in their own teams, and the phrase ”se hela människan” now lives on as a shared reference in everyday work. The campaign has thus evolved from communication into actual cultural change.

The winners of the Magnet Awards will be announced at the gala on May 27 at Wallmans Salonger in Stockholm.
