Career Day: “What does it feel like to win all the time?”
There was cheering and applause as tech company Consid took to the stage at Berns during Karriärföretagen’s gala on Wednesday evening. For the tenth consecutive year, the company was named one of Sweden’s most attractive employers – and this time, they also received the prestigious Honourary Award 2025.

– Receiving the Honourary Award from Karriärföretagen is a fantastic recognition for everyone at Consid. It’s proof that our work with culture, development and inclusion truly makes a difference, says CEO Peter Hellgren, as he accepts the award.
All around the gold-lit mirror hall, hundreds of business leaders, HR directors and entrepreneurs mingled. It was an evening that brought together Sweden’s most successful employers – and Consid has become something of a veteran in this context.
Each year, Karriärföretagen reviews hundreds of Swedish employers and highlights those offering the best career opportunities, leadership and company culture. The Honourary Award is given to companies that have excelled consistently over a long period of time, and Consid is one of few organisations to have maintained that level year after year.
– Being named a Karriärföretagen company ten years in a row is an achievement in itself, but receiving the Honourary Award on top of that shows that we continue to evolve and improve. It’s proof that our commitment to our employees isn’t just words – it’s something we live by every day, says Peter Hellgren.
“What does it feel like to win all the time?”
When host Anna Dyrhe invited Consid up on stage, she couldn’t resist teasing them a little about their recurring presence in award ceremonies over recent years:
– What does it feel like to win all the time?
The question was asked with a twinkle in her eye, but it was rooted in truth. In recent years, Consid has proudly received awards such as Sweden’s Best Employer several years in a row, DI Gazelle eleven times, and numerous international recognitions including the Go Global Awards and Globee Awards.
– You can’t ‘fake’ your way to success in Employer Branding – it’s about ensuring that employees genuinely enjoy where they work. That’s why awards like this mean so much to us; they show not only the strong internal culture we’ve built, but also that we’ve succeeded in communicating it externally, says Anna Edstedt, Head of Partnerships at Consid and named Employer Branding Role Model of the Year 2024 by Karriärföretagen.
The jury’s motivation for the Honourary Award 2025 reads:
Consid is awarded the Honourary Award 2025 for its outstanding work in employer branding and its commitment to creating career opportunities within the IT and tech industry. By investing in skills development, inclusion and innovation, Consid has strengthened its position as an attractive employer. Their efforts help inspire and develop both current and future talent, making them a worthy winner of this year’s Honourary Award.
