Consid Awarded Framework Agreement with Region Värmland
Consid has been awarded a framework agreement with Region Värmland across five key areas of expertise: systems development, management and governance, business intelligence (BI), architecture, and business development and strategy. The agreements run for four years, and the combined estimated contract value for the areas in which Consid has been awarded a framework agreement amounts to approximately SEK 185 million.
The framework agreement is designed to enable participation from both sole traders and larger organisations. Within each area of expertise, between five and ten suppliers have been awarded agreements. Call-offs will be conducted through renewed competitive tendering, ensuring high quality and competitiveness in each individual assignment.
The procurement aims to secure Region Värmland’s access to suppliers offering a broad range of expertise. Consultancy services may be called off at competence levels 1–5, creating flexibility and the ability to meet both strategic and operational needs in the region’s continued development efforts.
