10 highlights from 2024 

During 2024, the company continued its expansion, including the opening of a new office in Stenungsund. In the autumn, Consid took over Aspire’s operations in Borlänge following negotiations with CombinedX, Aspire’s owner. This resulted in a 150% expansion for Consid in Dalarna.

For the fourth consecutive year, Consid topped Universum’s prestigious ranking, based on employees’ own opinions and reviews. By prioritising employee wellbeing and development, Consid has successfully built a strong and inclusive company culture.

In spring 2024, Consid organised a parliamentary seminar together with Cyber Unit Technologies from Ukraine. The seminar addressed cybersecurity in light of the increasing number of Russian ransomware attacks, including the attack on Swedish company Tietoevry. Participants included Gustaf Göthberg (Moderate Party), Markus Selin (Social Democratic Party), and Consid’s CEO and founder, Peter Hellgren.

During 2024, Consid’s annual gala was given a new name and concept – Consid Awards. Around 2,000 employees gathered across Europe for an evening of celebration and entertainment. With 12 simultaneous events taking place, the company reflected on a successful year and recognised individuals and achievements that made a significant impact on the digital arena.

Consid broke its sales record during the year. In June 2024, revenue in Sweden surpassed SEK 200 million for the first time in the company’s history. The previous record stood at SEK 188 million.

During a gala evening in Berlin, Consid received the Newcomer of the Year award at the Swedish Business Awards in Germany. The award is presented by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, together with Business Sweden and the Swedish Embassy, recognising successful Swedish business establishments in the German market.

Consid made Swedish business history by receiving its eleventh Gazelle Award from Dagens Industri – a record no other company has achieved. The award has been presented since 2000 to recognise Sweden’s fastest-growing companies.

For the ninth consecutive year, Consid was named one of Sweden’s 100 Career Companies. This recognition is awarded to employers who demonstrate the highest standards in how they attract, develop and retain talent.

Consid’s Head of Communications, Anna Edstedt, received the Employer Branding Role Model of the Year award from Karriärföretagen. Through strong engagement and strategic leadership, she has played a key role in building a sense of community and security throughout the organisation.

In 2024, Consid’s co-founder and CEO, Peter Hellgren, was named IT CEO of the Year by the international Globee Awards. At the same time, Consid’s podcast, Digitala Influencerpodden, was awarded IT Podcast of the Year.
