Di Gazelle and Master Gazelle

Each year, Dagens industri (Di) publishes the names of Sweden’s most successful and fastest-growing companies, awarding them the Gazelle award. The survey ranks the country’s most successful companies across 21 counties, based on their four most recent annual reports. Fewer than 1 per cent of Sweden’s private companies meet the criteria required to be classified as a Gazelle company. Consid has been named a Gazelle company 12 times.

In 2024, Consid also received the title of Master Gazelle after being awarded the Gazelle distinction more than ten times in a row. Peter Hellgren, CEO and founder of Consid, was quoted in Jönköpings-Posten following an interview at Dagens industri’s Gasell Next Level event:

The journey we have made – and continue to make – with Consid is something quite extraordinary. It is not something that Henrik Sandell or I could have imagined nearly 24 years ago when we registered the company with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. It is remarkable what our fantastic colleagues have achieved over the years.

Awards and recognitions

The Globee Awards is an international awards program that recognizes outstanding achievements in business and technology. We’re proud to have been recognized in several categories:

  • 2025: Excellence in Digital Transformation
  • 2024: CEO of the Year – Peter Hellgren
  • 2024: IT Podcast of the Year – Digitala influencer-podden

These honors reflect our commitment to innovation, leadership, and digital progress.

Sweden’s Best Employer is an annual survey that measures employers’ internal Employer Brand. The survey is conducted among a company’s own employees and reveals how they assess their current employer. Consid has been named Sweden’s best employer five years in a row, among all industries and categories.

Since 2011, Career Companies (Karriärföretag) have recognized companies, organizations, and authorities that offer the best career opportunities for students and newly graduated talents. Approximately 1,000 entities annually meet the basic criteria regarding the number of employees, turnover, ongoing recruitment efforts, and standing out as a good employer. These entities are then scrutinized by an expert panel, which assesses career pages on the web, presence on social media, and attractiveness as an employer. In the final selection stage, a jury names the top 100 companies that ultimately become the Career Companies of the Year.

The corporate culture we have collectively fostered at Consid is what allows us to continue growing and evolving as a company year after year, something I am extremely proud of. Very few other companies have managed to become Career Companies as many times as we have, which is evidence that what we do at Consid works.

This year is the 15th time that Veckans Affärer publishes the annual award Sveriges Superföretag (Sweden’s Super Companies). To participate in the ranking, the company needs to meet high demands on growth, profitability and returns for four years in a row, writes Veckans Affärer. Consid has been named Super Company of the Year nine years straight.

Motivation:

This employer has consistently and thoroughly embedded employer branding into its company culture, clearly reflected in increased awareness and attractiveness. An exemplary effort with measurable success. Therefore, the award for Employer Branding Company of the Year in the IT category is presented to Consid.

We are very proud of the nominations and awards. I’ve had the opportunity to be here before and accept awards – it’s special every time. When we started Consid, our goal was to build the company we had always wanted to work for – and the kind of company clients want to work with. That ambition still runs through everything we do and plays a key role in our employer branding efforts.

Consid’s trainee program Next Level Academy has been named Sweden’s second best. Our program beat heavy competitors such as Avanza, Sogeti and HiQ.

It is Karriärföretagen (Career Company) that has put together an “ambassador network” of active students who in turn have voted for the ten most attractive trainee programs among all of Sweden’s Career Companies.

It’s an incredibly fun recognition here. We have worked hard to create the best trainee program and we have not even had time to ask ourselves how we stand against our competitors. Now we know.

We had the honour of receiving the prestigious Digital Transformation Leader award at the 2025 Go Global Awards in London. The award, presented by the International Trade Council, highlights Consid’s leadership, innovative strength and ability to drive digital transformation across Northern Europe.

For 15 years straight, we have received AAA in credit ratings from the credit company Bisnode. Only a thousand companies have ever managed this. AAA is Bisnode’s highest credit rating and is only awarded to a limited number of companies that have been active for more than ten years, have a turnover of more than SEK 2 million, and that have key figures that are significantly above the industry average.

Consid has consistently had several employees recognised as Sitevision Most Valuable Professionals. The award is given to individuals who, among other things, possess extensive knowledge of the product, demonstrate exceptional commitment, and help more people discover and make full use of the platform’s potential.

  • 2025: Petter Romhagen, Maria Olsson, Oskar Åkerlund and Robin Törn
  • 2024: Veronica Eksmo, Pauline Fagerberg, Oskar Åkerlund and Mårten Björk
  • 2022: Louise Ohlin, Alexander Gustafsson and Ellinor Hallett

Peter Hellgren was awarded second place in the prestigious national competition Entrepreneur of the year Sweden. No other representative from Jönköping County has previously achieved a higher placement in the national final. The award is presented by the organisation Företagarna (the Swedish Federation of Business Owners) and is one of Sweden’s most prestigious distinctions for entrepreneurs. Peter Hellgren commented on the award:

I am incredibly proud. This shows that it is entirely possible to have your head office in Jönköping and still make a significant impact at national level. In fact, that is exactly how we will continue to build strength and momentum.
