Annual review 2025

A year of momentum and clear progress

The past year was one of the most eventful in Consid’s history. With strong growth, new partnerships, and a continued focus on culture, social impact, and innovation, we took several clear steps forward – both in Sweden and internationally. It is a year that reflects who we are: curious, responsible, and driven by a desire to create real impact through technology.

When our work is recognised – in Sweden and internationally

Throughout the year, Consid’s work has been recognised in a wide range of contexts. We have been awarded for our corporate culture, our communication, and our ability to combine business value with social responsibility. In several independent surveys, we were once again named one of Sweden’s most attractive employers – by both students and experienced professionals.

Particularly rewarding is that this recognition extends beyond Sweden’s borders. International awards, nominations and attention – including in Germany – demonstrate that Consid’s culture and way of working resonate strongly even in a global context.

Some of the awards that made us especially proud during the year include:

  • Sweden’s Most Attractive Employer – recognised by both academics and students in several independent surveys.
  • Career Company (Karriärföretag) for the 12th consecutive year – for long-term and committed employer branding efforts. In addition, we were honoured with the Career Companies’ Honorary Award.
  • Sweden’s Best Employer – for the fifth year in a row.
  • Gazelle Company – for the 12th time, confirming long-term and sustainable growth.
  • Go Global Awards – international recognition for growth and expansion.
  • Swedish Content Awards and Publishing Prize – nominations and wins for editorial and communications excellence.
  • The Swedish Education Award – for investments in competence development and learning.

Growth with perspective

Despite an uncertain global landscape, Consid continued to grow. During the year, we reached new record levels in revenue while continuing our geographical expansion. New offices opened in several Swedish cities, and our presence was further strengthened across the Nordic region and Europé – particularly in Denmark, Norway and Germany.

During the year, Consid took several important steps in its geographical expansion through new offices, relocations and strengthened international establishments:

  • Skövde – a new office in a historic building in the city centre
  • Lidköping – a dedicated office following strong growth and a quadrupling of staff
  • Eskilstuna – a new office, also recognised as Sweden’s most beautifully designed office
  • Norrköping – a new office in the iconic Tesdorpska House
  • Copenhagen – strong growth driven by increased Scandinavian collaborations and significant revenue growth
  • Oslo – continued establishment and public-sector assignments
  • Stuttgart – expansion and a strengthened presence in the German market
  • Bitola – expansion into North Macedonia with a focus on CX

Our growth has not been about expanding rapidly at any cost – but about growing sustainably. We have invested in long-term competence through trainee programmes, academies and specialist areas such as data analytics, cyber security and embedded systems. In doing so, we continue to build on the solid foundation that has made Consid one of Sweden’s leading tech consultancies.

When social engagement takes centre stage

One of the year’s most tangible impacts has been our continued commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. Together with Save the Children, we have deepened our collaboration around children’s safety – both physical and digital. Through initiatives such as the Easter Egg Hunt, where every scanned QR code generated one Swedish krona for Save the Children’s vital work, as well as several national campaigns, thousands of people were engaged and significant funds were raised to support children’s rights.

We have also quite literally opened our doors by welcoming children into our environments – not least through our annual Bring Your Child to Work Day. For us, sustainability is not a side project, but an integral part of how we do business and help build the digital society of the future.

Partnerships that drive innovation

Throughout the year, we initiated and further developed several strategic partnerships. Collaborations with organisations within e-commerce, AI, skills development and education have created new opportunities to build scalable and innovative solutions – both for our clients and for our own organisation.

Through partnerships with companies such as Cinode, Norce and Future Collars, we have strengthened our ability to remain at the forefront of areas including skills inventory, digital commerce and the future of tech education. Together, we achieve more than we could individually.

Trust From Society’s Most Important Organisations

During the year, Consid continued to win and deepen collaborations with some of society’s most significant organisations. New and extended agreements with government authorities, municipalities and public-sector bodies reflect long-term trust in our expertise and delivery capability. In parallel, we have supported companies and organisations across a wide range of industries in taking the next step in their digital journeys – from e-commerce and websites to complex digital platforms and mission-critical systems.

Some of the new and extended agreements during the year include collaborations with several of Sweden’s most central authorities, municipalities and public organisations, including:

  • The Swedish Riksbank
  • The Swedish Government Offices
  • Svenska kraftnät (The Swedish National Grid)
  • Kammarkollegiet (The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency)
  • The National Library of Sweden
  • The Swedish Payments Authority

  • Sundsvall Municipality
  • Nynäshamn Municipality
  • Kristianstad Municipality / Kristianstadsbyggen

A year to be proud of  and to build upon

2025 will go down in history as a remarkable year for Consid. But when we look back, we see more than figures, awards and headlines. We see the commitment of our people, the relationships we have built with clients and partners, and the positive impact we have made on society. With the same curiosity, responsibility and drive, we now take the next step – together.
