Strapi solution for a fast launch
When Consid took on the assignment for OKG at the beginning of 2024, a public website was already under development by another supplier – but the project had stalled. Consid stepped in mid-process and quickly redirected the work with a feasibility study and clear prioritisation. The solution was to complete the delivery in Strapi to shorten lead times, reduce risks, and create a stable, efficient workflow for the editors. The assignment included a new public website, the structuring of a data-driven way of working, and the management of OKG’s intranet and media bank.
Data-driven and future-proof approach
Consid entered an ongoing process but recognised the importance of building its own insights to ensure a stable delivery. Therefore, the project began with a feasibility study and risk analysis that provided a clear roadmap: a step-by-step launch from MVP to stable operations and continuous improvements. OKG’s new website was built in Strapi with a headless architecture, clear content models, and support for flexible components. The frontend was distributed via Netlify for fast global performance, complemented by hosting in Azure.
To strengthen the overall impact, Matomo and an SEO audit were implemented to establish KPIs for traffic, visibility, Core Web Vitals, and conversions – enabling decisions based on real results. Consid also took over management of the intranet and media bank, ensuring smooth ongoing development with SLA, release workflows, and structured backlog management.
