Bergqvist Skor is a leading footwear retailer with more than 20 physical stores across Sweden and an established e-commerce presence since 2015. During the pandemic, the company saw a sharp increase in online sales, highlighting the strong potential for further digital growth. To accelerate its e-commerce development, Bergqvist chose Consid as its interim e-commerce partner, as well as IT and operations partner.

The challenge
