AI assistant makes complex real estate data more accessible for Advicy

Advicy wanted to make it easier for property owners and asset managers to find, understand and analyse large volumes of real estate information. Together with Consid, the company has further developed its digital platform with an AI assistant that enables users to ask questions about properties and portfolios in natural language – and receive answers based on information available within Advicy’s platform.

About the client

Advicy is a Swedish PropTech company providing a digital platform for real estate analytics and property management insights. By bringing together property data, documents and key performance indicators in one place, the platform helps property owners and asset managers make complex information more accessible and useful in everyday decision-making.

From complex real estate data to simple questions

Real estate organisations manage large volumes of information across property systems, documents, technical records, financial data and portfolio-level datasets. Finding the right information and combining it into useful insights can therefore require both significant time and specialist knowledge. Advicy wanted to create a more intuitive way for users to work with the information already available within its platform. The ambition was to enable users to formulate questions as naturally as they would when speaking to a colleague – and let AI help find, compile and analyse the relevant information. Consid has supported Advicy in the development and continued evolution of the platform’s AI capabilities, with a particular focus on creating an AI assistant that connects generative AI with Advicy’s existing real estate data.

AI grounded in Advicy’s own data

A central part of the solution is that the language model is not used as a standalone source of real estate information. Instead, the AI assistant is connected to the data and documents available within Advicy’s platform. Through retrieval and function calling, the assistant can access relevant information from underlying systems and use it as the basis for its responses. Dedicated functions enable the assistant to retrieve information about individual properties, analyse specific data points and compile information at portfolio level. This allows users to ask questions in natural language while grounding the answers in information available within Advicy’s platform. The solution has been developed within Advicy’s Azure environment and is built on several integrated technologies and services, including Azure AI services, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage and APIs. The architecture also uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), function calling and large language models. Claude, accessed through the Anthropic API, is used as part of the solution’s language understanding and reasoning layer.

Our goal with Advicy is to make complex property data immediately useful. Instead of spending days collecting information and building analyses manually, users can ask questions, get relevant insights, and move faster toward better-informed decisions.

- Amir Chizari, founder of Advicy

A simpler path from information to insight

With the AI assistant, Advicy’s users gain a new way to interact with real estate information. Instead of manually searching through different datasets, documents and individual property records, they can formulate their questions through a conversational interface.

This makes it possible to find and compile information more efficiently across both individual properties and entire portfolios. Users can, for example, summarise complex property information, compare relevant KPIs and explore data through follow-up questions.

By combining generative AI with Advicy’s existing data and systems, the solution creates a more accessible way to work with advanced real estate analytics. The goal is to reduce the time spent on manual information retrieval, simplify the user experience and provide real estate professionals with better conditions for data-driven decision-making.

Technology used in the solution

Azure AI services, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), function calling and large language models, including Claude via the Anthropic API.

Quantified results

Rental pricing analysis reduced from several days to approximately one minute.
Up to 80% less manual work when gathering, comparing, and interpreting property data for recurring analyses.
Around 50% faster decision-making process by bringing relevant property data, documents, and AI-generated insights into one platform.
