We are currently not accepting new trainees. The program is on hold, but has previously been aimed at students with a recent degree in areas like software development or computer science – and a passion for coding, collaboration, and growth. Consid Next Level Academy has been our trainee program for recent graduates – or those with up to a year of experience – who want to kickstart a career in IT and digital development.
The program is currently paused, but we truly appreciate the continued interest. Thank you for your curiosity!

Strong mentorship is a key part of how our trainees grow and build their networks. Every trainee gets a skilled mentor from day one until the end of Consid Next Level Academy.
The program provides a solid foundation and the chance to specialize in areas based on your goals and market needs. Once completed, you’ll be a certified specialist in your chosen field – mainly within different areas of software development.
