Located in the heart of Sundsvall, Consid occupies a culturally significant building dating back to 1907. The property previously served as the local branch of the Swedish Riksbank until 1954 and is today a listed heritage building. Our offices span approximately 400 square metres and include the well-preserved former banking hall from the early 20th century – a setting where historic architecture meets a modern working environment. Consid moved into the premises in early 2018 and has since been based in the city centre.

The local market

In Sundsvall, we work with both regional and national assignments, with a particularly strong presence within the public sector. At the same time, the office is an integral part of Consid’s national delivery model, collaborating closely with colleagues and customers across Sweden and internationally.
