A turn-of-the-century landmark in the capital

Consid occupies two floors in a turn-of-the-century building in the heart of Stockholm, with several balconies overlooking the iconic Stureplan. Consid has been present in Stockholm since its founding in 2000, and the office has since grown to become one of the company’s largest.

The first floor sets the tone for the Stockholm office, with a range of practical meeting rooms, spacious conference rooms filled with natural light, and original tiled stoves that add character to the space. On the second floor, visitors are welcomed by a lounge featuring a large pool table and walls adorned with framed diplomas. The modern interior continues on the third floor, where you will find high-ceilinged conference rooms, a wine bar, and carefully selected details that add an extra touch.

The building was completed in 1929 and clearly reflects the architectural style of the 1920s and 1930s, with its ornate façade. A distinctive feature is the glass-covered inner courtyard, added in the 1980s, which brings light and a sense of openness to the building.
