A modern office in a historic industrial setting

Consid’s Södertälje office is located in a building deeply rooted in the city’s industrial heritage. The property was originally constructed in 1840 and once served as a stable building for the Södertälje brewery. Its location alongside the canal that connects Lake Mälaren with the Baltic Sea creates a distinctive setting where history, water and city life come together.

Consid established its presence in Södertälje in 2022 and moved into the current premises on 1 March 2024. The office spans approximately 392 square metres and offers a modern, functional working environment that respects the building’s original character. It is a place where industrial charm meets today’s needs for collaboration and development.
