Sweden’s digital role models announced at the Consid Awards 2025
Each year, the Consid Awards recognise individuals who drive digitalisation, innovation and equality forward in Sweden. The 2025 awards celebrate four inspiring profiles who have each made a significant impact on the country’s digital development.


Digital Honorary Award – Christer Olsson
Christer Olsson is awarded the Honorary Award for his ability to make leadership and human development relevant in a digital age. As a lecturer and author, he has spent more than three decades inspiring people and organisations to grow and reach their full potential – sharing his insights with a broad audience through digital channels. The Digital Honorary Award of 2025 goes to Christer Olsson.
Digital Influencer of the Year – Rickard Lyko
From a small hair salon in Vansbro to one of the Nordic region’s most successful digital commerce platforms – this year’s winner exemplifies what happens when courage, vision and technology come together. With a leadership style defined by curiosity and innovation, he has built a company that not only transformed an industry but also inspired others to think bigger and dare to go digital. The Digital Influencer of the Year is Rickard Lyko.
eQualizer of the Year – Olivia Harlin
This year’s winner is a role model paving the way towards a more inclusive and equal future in tech. Through her commitment, courage and ambassadorship, she inspires more young women to step forward, influence and lead. She represents a new generation that views diversity not as a bonus, but as a foundation for success. The eQualizer of the Year is Olivia Harlin.
Digital Rising Star of the Year – Felicia Schön
With her passion for making personal finance accessible and engaging, she has become a strong voice in the digital finance space. Through her podcast Inga dumma frågor om pengar (“No Stupid Questions About Money”) and her lectures, she helps increase financial awareness and empowers women towards economic independence. The Digital Rising Star of the Year is Felicia Schön.
