Three Nominations for Consid in Publishing Prize 2023

Consid is among the finalists in three categories for the Publishing Prize – Film. Consid Communication is a finalist with entries created for Canon and Modda Sörmland, and in the Opinion Formation category, Consid’s film “Easter Eggs Filled with Love – Consid x War Child” is among the finalists.

– It’s very exciting to be finalists for the Publishing Prize and once again show that we are a major player in the PR and agency industry, says Peter Hellgren, founder and CEO of Consid.

The Publishing Prize is an annual jury-judged competition for advertisements, digital publications, films, websites, magazines, newspapers, books, and other printed materials. Since 1990, the Publishing Prize has rewarded commendable editorial communication and marketing communication. Due to its broad assessment criteria and extensive competition scope, the Publishing Prize is Sweden’s most comprehensive communication competition.

When the war broke out in Ukraine, Consid acted quickly to provide various forms of assistance to those affected. Together with Consid’s partner organization, War Child, a campaign was launched during Easter where Easter eggs, or Help packs, filled with necessities were sent to children in refugee camps. The film “Easter Eggs Filled with Love – Consid x War Child” is now a finalist for the Publishing Prize in the “Opinion Formation Films” category.

– We are incredibly happy and proud that this campaign has been nominated for this year’s edition of the Publishing Prize, as its message is just as relevant today as when it was produced. Our commitment to Ukraine continues, and the opportunity to once again remind that there are many actions, big and small, that companies can take to help feels both important and valuable, says Beatrice Carpvik, Creative Director at Consid.

In collaboration with Koja Film, Consid Communication has produced the film “Canon – Serious Business” on behalf of Canon. The film is a finalist in the category “Films Promoting Companies and Businesses.”

– The Serious Business campaign highlights Canon’s offering in information security, which is a very complex topic. That’s why we chose a more personal angle, to celebrate the individuals in workplaces who take the issue seriously. We are very pleased to be represented among the finalists in this year’s Publishing Prize, says Ulf Duwfenberg, Brand Strategist at Consid Communication.

Consid Communication is also among the finalists in the category “Films Promoting Products and Services” with the film “Modda Sörmland,” created in collaboration with Dreambay Studios on behalf of Region Sörmland.

– A digi-physical science center is something entirely new, not only regionally but also nationally. With the film, we wanted to show how Modda Sörmland blurs the line between technology and reality and pique the curiosity of the young and not easily captivated target audience. And if we look at the visitor statistics, it seems we’ve succeeded, says Sofia Sintorn Nystedt, Copywriter/Creative at Consid Communication.
