The Swedish Payments Agency signs a framework agreement with Consid as a digital partner

In June, it was confirmed that Consid has been awarded the assignment as the Swedish Payments Agency’s new digital partner. The tech company will support the agency in strengthening its digital communication and strategy by developing a new and updated external website in Sitevision.

The Swedish Payments Agency is a government agency tasked with reducing incorrect disbursements from the welfare system through data analysis, audits, and system development. The new website is an important step in clarifying the agency’s role, increasing transparency, and making information more accessible to the public.

– It feels fantastic to have been entrusted with this assignment. It’s a strong recognition of our long-standing experience and proven methods in digital development and communication – areas where the demands are high, especially in contexts that are critical to society, says Julia Karlsson, BID Manager at Consid.

The agreement includes roles within project management, concept development and strategic planning, creative digital production, UX/UI design, analytics, and system development. The contract runs for two years with an option to extend and has a ceiling value of SEK 10 million.

– The fact that the Swedish Payments Agency has chosen Consid as their digital agency is a clear confirmation of our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions in digital development, strategy, and design for mission-critical projects. Their work to reduce welfare fraud and incorrect disbursements is in everyone’s interest, and we’re very proud to be part of that mission, says Niklas Forslund, Account Manager at Consid.

His colleague Maria Olsson, Project Manager for the delivery, adds:

– This is an opportunity to create a website that truly makes a difference – with a focus on accessibility, usability, and reliable information. I’m looking forward to leading the project together with a strong team and an engaged client.

The collaboration is part of the agency’s broader efforts to establish and develop its digital presence, where Consid will be involved from the outset in shaping a digital solution that delivers long-term value for both society and individuals.
