Telenor selects Consid to accelerate digital development
Consid has signed a new framework agreement with Telenor Sweden, marking a deepening of a long-standing partnership. The agreement creates favourable conditions for developing digital solutions at greater scale and meeting the growing demands of the telecoms industry, where data-driven insights and rapid development cycles are becoming increasingly important.

The new framework agreement enables Telenor Sweden to contract directly with Consid, resulting in a more efficient and flexible procurement process. For Consid, it also strengthens its position as a strategic partner to Telenor.
– Securing a direct framework agreement with Telenor is a testament to the value we have created together over time. It opens up entirely new opportunities to further develop our collaboration and deliver even greater business value, says Johanna Rodéhn, Key Account Manager at Consid.
The partnership includes areas such as data & analytics and software development – both central to driving innovation and enhancing the customer experience across Telenor’s B2B and B2C operations. Delivery is carried out from several locations across the Nordics, combined with Consid’s nearshore offering in Poland.
This international delivery model, where teams in Sweden collaborate with specialists in Gdańsk, enables both scalability and cost efficiency, while maintaining high quality and delivery capability.
– Our nearshore delivery in Poland is a key component in meeting Telenor’s needs in a flexible and competitive way. It allows us to combine local presence with international capacity, says Johanna Rodéhn.
The framework agreement currently covers multiple markets and lays the foundation for continued growth of the partnership. As the pace of digitalisation accelerates within the telecoms industry, both parties see significant opportunities to further develop their collaboration.
– We are only at the beginning of what this partnership can become. With the breadth of expertise within Consid and the trust we have been given, there are strong opportunities to grow together going forward, says Johanna Rodéhn.
