Encitech launches new website – built by Consid in Halmstad
Encitech Connectors AB, based in Halmstad, has taken the next digital step together with Consid. On 9 September, the company launched its new website – a unified platform for both corporate information and an online shop.

Encitech is a Swedish company based in Halmstad, specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of electronic and electromechanical components. Since 2019, the company has been part of Beijer Tech AB.
Encitech previously operated a separate website and online shop, where product data did not match. This created several challenges, such as SEO issues, increased support workload and a great deal of manual intervention in internal processes.
To solve this, Encitech turned to consultants from the tech company Consid in Halmstad, who were tasked with developing a modern and unified solution.
The result was launched on 9 September: a single website built in Litium with Klarna as the payment solution in the webshop.
– We now have a digital product catalogue with request-for-quotation functionality, making it easier for customers to quickly browse, search and filter products online, says Carolina Karlsson, Project Manager at Consid.
Through extensive work with Product Information Management (PIM) in Litium, Encitech now has a single source of accurate product information. This means that all data can be easily distributed to different channels, strengthening the customer experience while streamlining internal processes.
– With a modern platform like Litium, we are well positioned to rapidly expand our digital presence, both in product range and functionality. Consid has been flawless in delivering the solution within the desired timeframe and budget, says Michael Ahlgren, CEO of Encitech.
The launch is only the beginning. The project now continues with the next step: developing a full-scale e-commerce solution, along with “My Pages” for customers.
– Upcoming improvements, such as access to individual pricing, will make the decision-making and purchasing process easier for returning customers and distributors. We are also looking forward to leveraging the PIM system’s centralised product data to quickly publish our products in external sales channels and industry-specific search services, says Peter Sääf, Sales Manager at Encitech.
Since the autumn of 2020, tech company Consid has been established in the coastal city of Halmstad, contributing to strengthening the local business community through tailored digital solutions and long-term partnerships.
