Explosive Start for Consid’s Engineering Consultants
In just a few months, Consid’s engineering consultancy initiative has grown significantly. From only a handful of employees at its launch earlier this year, the team has now expanded to more than ten engineering consultants – and continues to grow.
Since the launch, Consid has established its engineering operations in several locations across Sweden, including Västerås, Södertälje, Stockholm, Linköping and Gothenburg. The initiative targets some of Sweden’s most technology-intensive industries – such as energy and power, defence, and automotive – where Consid already supports clients with specialist expertise in areas including technical project management, product development, mechanics, electronics and testing.
– We’re seeing a strong demand for engineering consultants who can combine deep technical understanding with a business-driven perspective. Our clients are undergoing major transformation journeys, particularly within electrification, digitalisation and sustainability – and our consultants play a crucial role in enabling that, says Henrik Boström, Head of Engineering Consultancy at Consid.
The development is moving rapidly, and Consid continues to attract experienced engineers and technical specialists who want to be part of a growing company with a strong culture and entrepreneurial spirit.
