Consid closes 2025 with a strong fourth quarter and increasing market activity. For the full year, revenue amounted to SEK 2,950 million, corresponding to organic growth of 6.1 per cent. At the same time, the company has signed several major agreements across both the public and private sectors and sees a clearly growing demand for AI-related expertise ahead of 2026.

Consid ends 2025 with a strong fourth quarter in which the Group’s revenue amounted to SEK 821 million. At the same time, market activity has increased noticeably – a trend that has continued into the beginning of 2026.
For the full year 2025, Consid’s revenue amounted to SEK 2,950 million, corresponding to organic growth of 6.1 per cent. Sweden continues to account for the largest share of the business, with revenue of SEK 2,730 million. Among the company’s international markets, Norway grew to SEK 80 million, Germany to SEK 67 million and Denmark to SEK 49 million. All markets show growth, although economic conditions in Finland remain somewhat weaker.
– We are seeing demand increase again after a more cautious period in the market. This is evident both in our dialogues with clients and in the deals currently being concluded. It provides a strong start to 2026, says Peter Hellgren, CEO of Consid.
– At the same time, we are entering a year where AI is truly beginning to move into the core processes of organisations. Increasingly, companies are moving from pilot projects to broader implementation. We see a clearly growing demand for expertise that can take AI from concept to real business value. This is an area where Consid has built strong capabilities and where we see significant opportunities during 2026.
During 2025 and the beginning of 2026, Consid has signed several major agreements, particularly within the public sector. These include agreements with Svenska Kraftnät with a ceiling value of SEK 5,120 million, Kammarkollegiet at SEK 1,400 million, the National Board of Health and Welfare at SEK 800 million, the National Procurement Services at SEK 600 million, the Øresund Bridge at SEK 500 million, Sinfra at SEK 500 million, the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning at SEK 320 million and the Swedish Board of Agriculture at SEK 300 million.
Several new framework agreements have also been signed within the private sector, including with Telenor, Fortnox, QStar and One Nordic.
As part of the company’s long-term strategy, Consid has also launched three new industry initiatives during the year within Defence, Banking/Finance/Insurance and Industry. The aim is to gather specialist expertise and further strengthen the offering in sectors where demand for advanced digital solutions continues to grow.
– By bringing together expertise within clearly defined industry areas, we can work even closer with our clients and contribute more strategically to their digital development, says Peter Hellgren.
With a strong finish to 2025, continued healthy demand and several new strategic initiatives, Consid enters 2026 with the ambition to continue growing and strengthening its position in the Nordic market.
