Consid receives double nomination at the Inclusion Awards for its commitment to inclusion and leadership
Consid has been nominated for Inclusion Company of the Year at the Inclusion Awards 2026. At the same time, Filippa Ahlcrona, Head of the inclusion initiative Q by Consid, has been nominated for Leader of the Year. The nominations recognise Consid's long-term commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity, equality and belonging are an integral part of the company's culture.
Organised by Jobbfestivalen, the Inclusion Awards recognise companies, organisations and individuals who have made significant contributions to diversity, equality and inclusion. Out of more than 300 nominations, both Consid and Filippa Ahlcrona have been selected to advance to the final round. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at Hamburger Börs in Stockholm on 13 October. The Inclusion Awards celebrate organisations and individuals who turn ambition into meaningful action and contribute to a more inclusive workplace and society.

Filippa Ahlcrona, Head of Q by Consid, has been nominated for Leader of the Year – an award recognising leaders who champion diversity and inclusion through their commitment and leadership, both within their organisations and in society at large.

The Inclusion Awards are presented annually to companies, organisations and individuals who, through knowledge, commitment and tangible action, contribute to greater diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace and society. The Inclusion Company of the Year category recognises organisations that actively foster a safe, open and inclusive culture, while the Leader of the Year award honours individuals who advance the inclusion agenda through exemplary and inspiring leadership.
