Consid Acquires Company in North Macedonia
Consid is now taking the next step in its international expansion by acquiring the operations of the North Macedonian company Creative Labs. The initiative strengthens the company’s expertise in CX, e-commerce and mobile development – and opens up new opportunities for international delivery capacity.
As of September 1, Creative Labs, based in Bitola, North Macedonia, will become a subsidiary of Consid W. The company in North Macedonia consists of experienced developers who have delivered full-scale projects for a large number of clients and provided fully integrated, complex B2B/B2C solutions. Among its clients are major North Macedonian players, including Setec, which can be compared to Sweden’s Elgiganten.

The founders of Creative Labs are joining Consid and will serve as a central link between Sweden and North Macedonia going forward. The establishment also marks Consid’s entry into offering nearshore deliveries, with the ambition to direct these services towards clients in Northern Europe. The acquisition represents significant potential for the tech company, as well as the opportunity to expand the team on site in North Macedonia.
