Consid Named Sweden’s Best Employer for the Sixth Consecutive Year
For the sixth consecutive year, Consid has secured first place as Sweden’s best employer in Universum’s Sweden’s Best Employers 2026 survey. With results significantly above the average and exceptionally high employee satisfaction, the IT and technology consultancy further strengthens its position as one of Sweden’s most highly regarded employers.
Universum’s annual Sweden’s Best Employers survey examines how employees perceive their employers, focusing on factors such as employer identity, satisfaction and loyalty. In this year’s survey, Consid stands out with an employer index score well above the survey average. The results also demonstrate strong employee loyalty and a high willingness to recommend Consid as an employer.
“Receiving this recognition for the sixth consecutive year is a tremendous honour. We have always believed that our employees are the foundation of our success. Their dedication, expertise and drive are what make Consid the company it is today. Knowing that our own employees rate us so highly makes me both proud and humbled,” says Peter Hellgren, CEO and founder of Consid.
The results further reflect Consid’s long-term commitment to creating a workplace where employees have the opportunity to develop, make an impact and thrive.
“We have high ambitions, both as a company and as an employer. But a strong company culture is not something that can simply be decided in a boardroom. It is built every day through human connections, opportunities to grow and the feeling of being part of something bigger. That is why it is particularly rewarding to see our employees highlight development, wellbeing and flexibility as some of our greatest strengths,” Peter Hellgren continues.
A Company Culture That Drives Long-Term Success
In an industry where competition for talent is fierce, Consid considers employee engagement and wellbeing essential to the company’s continued development. This year’s survey shows that Consid performs exceptionally well compared with other employers, particularly in terms of employee satisfaction and the desire to remain with the company.
The results also show that employees value the company’s investment in professional development, an inclusive working environment and opportunities to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The ability to grow, feel involved and achieve a good balance between work and personal life are key elements of the workplace Consid strives to provide.
“We must never take our employees’ trust for granted. Our ambition is to remain a workplace where people want to stay, grow and make a difference. This recognition gives us even greater motivation to continue investing in what matters most – our people,” Peter Hellgren concludes.
Being recognised once again in Universum’s survey is therefore not only an acknowledgement of Consid’s efforts to date, but also a driving force to continue developing and strengthening the company as an employer.
