Consid named one of Germany’s best IT employers – ranks among top five in prestigious survey
Swedish tech company Consid has been recognised as one of Germany’s best employers for IT professionals in 2027. In the annual survey conducted by Golem Media, Consid secured fourth place, ranking among the country's top five employers. The award is based on employees’ own assessments of factors including the working environment, leadership and career development opportunities.
The Best Employers for IT Professionals 2027 award is organised by German media company Golem Media GmbH, which conducted the survey for the sixth time in collaboration with Fittkau & Maaß Consulting GmbH. Approximately 8,000 people participated in the survey, with employees from a total of 94 companies evaluating their employers.
“Being ranked among the four best employers for IT professionals in Germany is a fantastic recognition. What makes this award particularly meaningful is that it is based on our employees’ own experiences. Employees at the heart of the success
The survey covers several key factors that influence how attractive an employer is perceived to be. These include the working environment, professional development, team spirit, leadership, health and wellbeing, employee benefits and technical equipment.
Consid’s position among the highest-ranked companies represents significant recognition in the German IT market, where competition for talent is fierce and expectations of employers are high.
For Consid, which was founded in Sweden, the award is also a positive endorsement of the company’s international operations.

With its fourth-place finish, Consid strengthens its position as one of the highest-ranked employers in this year’s survey.
