Consid in Germany expands to a new city

Since establishing its presence in Germany in 2023, Consid has made a strong mark both as a tech partner and as an employer. Within a short time, the company has secured several major clients, been awarded “Newcomer of the Year” and reported growth of over 55 per cent during the first half of 2025. Consid is now taking the next step by expanding its operations to Stuttgart – an initiative that unites Scandinavian corporate culture with German innovation power.

The investment in the German market has become a success story for Consid. Following the opening in Hamburg, the company has established itself as a sought-after tech partner, and the expansion now continues southwards. With around ten newly recruited Consid employees ready to take their place in Stuttgart, the company is strengthening its presence and ability to meet the growing needs of its clients.

– Opening in Stuttgart is an important milestone for Consid in Germany. The region is home to some of the world’s leading industrial companies and innovation hubs, making it a perfect match for our expertise in digitalisation and sustainable tech development, says Patrik Hall, CEO of Consid Germany.

The establishment in Stuttgart is part of Consid’s long-term strategy to grow internationally, while remaining a strong, reliable and close partner to its clients.

– We are already seeing clear interest from German companies in collaborating with a Scandinavian player like Consid. With our team now in place in Stuttgart, we are ready to build further on the trust we have earned and take the next step in our growth journey, says Patrik Hall.

Swedish corporate culture has already distinguished itself in Germany, with Consid’s focus on employees and soft values gaining recognition in podcasts and through awards.

– The exciting part happens when we combine the two and create something entirely new – bringing together the best of both worlds, says Patrik Hall.

With its expansion into Stuttgart, Consid underlines its ambition to be more than just a supplier – to be a long-term partner contributing to innovation, growth and sustainable development across the region.
