Consid awarded three framework agreements with Tekniska verken
Consid has been awarded framework agreements in three IT service areas as part of Tekniska verken’s procurement of IT consultancy services. The agreements cover systems and software development, information and IT security, and IT governance, management and administration.
Tekniska verken in Linköping has conducted an extensive procurement process for consultancy services within the IT sector. The procurement is divided into several tender areas, with each area constituting a separate framework agreement.
Consid submitted tenders in three areas and has been awarded agreements in all three:
- Systems and software development, with a maximum contract value of SEK 320 million.
- Information and IT security, with a maximum contract value of SEK 120 million.
- IT governance, management and administration, with a maximum contract value of SEK 120 million.

The framework agreements enable Tekniska verken to procure individual consultants, teams or end-to-end assignments, depending on its needs. Five suppliers have been awarded agreements in each tender area, with individual assignments to be awarded through further competition during the term of the agreements.
For Consid, the award represents an opportunity to contribute broad expertise across several areas that are central to organisations’ digital development – from systems and software development to cyber security, governance and administration.

The agreements will initially run for two years, with the option to extend them for up to eight years. The planned start date is 1 October 2026.
