Consid awarded framework agreement with the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate
Consid has been awarded a framework agreement with the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate (Ei) as the sole supplier of communication services. The agreement runs for two years, with the option to extend for an additional two years, and has a total ceiling value of SEK 8 million.
The framework agreement covers strategic, creative, and operational communication services, as well as web design in Sitevision. Through the agreement, Consid will support the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate in communicating important issues related to Sweden’s energy markets, while complementing the agency’s internal resources and expertise.
The Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate is the government agency responsible for ensuring well-functioning energy markets in Sweden. Its remit includes supervision and regulatory development within the electricity, natural gas, district heating, and district cooling markets, as well as strengthening the position of customers and contributing to a secure and reliable energy supply.

The framework agreement covers a broad range of communication services. Strategic assignments may include developing communication strategies and providing advice on overarching communication issues. The creative and operational services may include developing and implementing campaigns across various channels, as well as monitoring and analysing communication initiatives.
The agreement also covers web design and development, with a focus on the agency’s website, ei.se. Through its expertise in digital communication and Sitevision, Consid will contribute to developing user-friendly, accessible, and effective digital experiences for the agency’s target audiences.
As the sole supplier under the framework agreement, Consid will serve as the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate’s external communication partner throughout the contract period and will be able to provide the agency with specialist expertise and additional resources when needed.
The new agreement further strengthens Consid’s position as a leading partner in communication, digital development, and user-centred services for the public sector and organisations delivering essential services.
