Consid’s AI, Data & Analytics division has experienced rapid expansion in recent years. Since January 2023, the area has grown from 13 to over 100 consultants – an increase of 662 per cent. During the same period, turnover has risen by 460 per cent.
– We’ve quickly established ourselves as one of Sweden’s leading players within AI, data and analytics. Reaching 100 consultants is an important testament to the strong demand we’re seeing from clients, but also to the expertise and drive our consultants bring, says Carolina Mohlin, Business line manager of AI, Data & Analytics at Consid.
Carolina Mohlin was recruited to Consid in 2023 to build and lead the company’s investment in the area. Under her leadership, it has become one of the most expansive parts of the business.
– The development within AI is incredibly fast-paced right now. We see companies across all industries looking for ways to harness the power of AI and data analytics. Our mission is to help them turn that potential into tangible value. The journey we’ve made so far is only the beginning, says Mohlin.
The investment in AI, Data & Analytics is part of Consid’s broader strategy to stay at the forefront of digital innovation. With over 100 consultants and nearly quadrupled profitability in just over two years, the company is strengthening its ability to meet the growing demand for everything from advanced AI solutions to data management, analytics and strategy.
– Our clients’ expectations of what AI can deliver have risen dramatically in a short time. Having built such a strong team with both broad and deep expertise allows us to take on truly complex and forward-looking projects, Mohlin concludes.
