Academics have named Sweden’s most attractive employers

Tech consultancy Consid has been recognized as Sweden’s most attractive employer in the tech sector in Karriärföretagen’s annual survey of young professionals. The company also secured second place in the IT category and ranks among the top ten most popular employers overall, across all industries.

The distinction is awarded by Karriärföretagen, which each year invites its network of Young Professionals to vote for the employers they find most appealing. The group consists of academics aged 25 to 35, with one to eight years of professional experience.

– Being named number one in tech by Sweden’s young academics is a tremendous honor. It demonstrates that our focus on culture, development, and meaningful assignments truly resonates, says Anita Beslic, HR Director at Consid.

The survey results are compiled into a top-ten list, which Karriärföretagen describes as a “champion of champions,” highlighting the most attractive employers among companies already recognized for excellence in employer branding.

Consid has been named a Karriärföretag (Career Company) for ten consecutive years. The award is presented to employers that offer the best career and development opportunities for students and young academics in Sweden. Inclusion on the list requires a thorough review and approval by a jury, based on criteria such as employer branding initiatives, corporate culture, career development opportunities, and overall attractiveness on the labor market.

– This recognition is proof that we have succeeded in creating a workplace where young talent can both thrive and grow. For us, it’s not only about recruitment, but also about building long-term relationships and giving people the opportunity to develop together with us, Beslic adds.

According to Karriärföretagen, this year’s results reinforce Consid’s strong position as an employer in a highly competitive industry. The company ranks alongside some of Sweden’s largest and most well-known employers.
