Bring Your Child To Work Day

Once a year, during the autumn half-term break, Consid hosts Bring Your Child to Work Day – a themed event where our employees are invited to bring their children to the workplace to explore programming and technology. Launched in 2018, the initiative aims to strengthen understanding of work–life balance, while inspiring children and young people to take an interest in the IT and technology sector. During the morning session, the focus is on coding and programming. A dedicated representative at each office guides the children and introduces them to coding through simple and educational programmes. In the afternoon, learning continues in a more playful format, as the children explore and play together on Consid’s own Minecraft server.
